After the successful SEVEN in-person events in the series "IEEE CS Day" held at Infosys, SSN College of Engg, SA Engg College, Society for Electronic Transactions and Security, KPR Inst of Engg & Tech, Panimalar Engg College, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education in March, April, May, Aug, Sep & Oct 2024 respectively, we are pleased to announce the 8th event now.
IEEE CS Day @ SJIT on "Trends in UI/ UX Design”
The IEEE Computer Society, Madras, IEEE CS SBC, IEEE SB at St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology cordially invites you to attend a one-day in-person event focused on “Trends in UI/UX Design”.
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design have undergone significant changes in recent years, driven by technological advancements and increasing user expectations. Modern UI/UX design no longer focuses solely on aesthetics; it prioritizes creating intuitive, inclusive, and responsive interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across various devices and platforms. This event aims at equipping the participants with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving world of UI/UX design. We will also have a session to create an awareness on IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and related societies among the participants followed by a mini ICT Quiz with cash prizes to engage the participants.
Date & Time: 7th Nov 2024 from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. IST.
Venue: AV Hall 3, St. Joseph’s Institute of Technology, OMR, Chennai.

- The Emergence of UI UX
- The real world applications of UI UX
- The onset of AI
- Focus on Ethical UI UX
- Tools, Utilities and the Future
At the end, there will be a session on IEEE & IEEE CS Awareness and Mini Quiz.

The Registration Fee Includes: Kit, Refreshments, Lunch and e-Certificate of Participation and Transport Facilities of St.Joseph’s Technology. (optional)

Only the paid registrants will be confirmed for participation with the event schedule and details to join the event including how to avail the transport facilities of St.Joseph’s Technology to reach the venue. Please note that using the St.Joseph’s Technology transport facilities is optional and if you desire, you are welcome to reach the venue on your own.
